Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from original purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Any electronic fees from PayPal or credit card fees will not be refunded, they will be deducted from your refund amount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. Coffins are non-refundable once shipped.
Custom orders can be returned for a 40% refund.
Custom orders that are in progress can be cancelled and refunded 60% of total amount of purchase, the 40% deposit is non-refundable once the project is in progress.
We do not guarantee shipping dates on custom projects. Due to the nature of the work we can only give an approximate date. Emergency Coffins for immediate use will always go to the front of the line.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will send you a check for the amount of your refund or credit back to your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, most refunds will be applied within 7-10 business days of confirmed return. In some cases it may take up to 30 days.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will not be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
